Unlike the Pro version, it does not include grocery list features. Also, this free version *does* contain modest advertising. These ads help us offset the cost of running the recipe servers for you, 24×7. (For instance, every time you do a recipe search, it’s connecting to our servers.)
A free BigOven.com account is required to save your Favorites and Try Soons. This allows us to synchronize these lists for you on BigOven.com and give you easy access to the exact same lists on your iPhone and the web.
Recipes and photos can be posted online for free at www.bigoven.com and then accessed in this app. (All recipes are public; we may offer an optional pay-for subscription for private recipes in the future.)
